To honor our founder, we only perform work in areas which we have extensive knowledge. Our vetted network of skilled subcontractors can perform almost any task outside of a building’s “envelope”, such as roofing, siding, gutters, landscaping, fences and painting. We are dedicated to providing exceptional value to homeowners and businesses alike. Our project managers work between our clients and subcontractors to deliver quality workmanship, exceptional customer service at an extremely competitive rate.

We Provide Superior Roofing Services

Roof Installations

Once a material and color choice is made, we install most shingle roofs in 1 day. Metal roofing takes a bit longer (2 to 5 days, depending on size) and costs 2x as much as shingles. Commercial (flat) roofs vary based on size, the amount of insulation, and height. We are efficient and competitively priced. We only use quality materials to provide long term warranties for your home or business. Contact us today for a free estimate.

I couldn’t be happier with the roof and our whole experience.  Jay and Jeremiah came in and worked out issues that had other roofers stumped for months.  The entire job took 2 days.  They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Jeremiah and his crew did an amazing job on our roof and gutters a few years back.  During the recent ice storm, we had some gtree limbs fall and cause a leak in our home.  Jeremiah was back quickly, repaired it and refused to send me an invoice.  They operate with a code of honor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shingles are the most common on residential homes, while metal roofs are growing in popularity.  If your home or business has a flat roof, it could be made from modified bitumen which is a shingle looking material.  Flat roofs could also be a membrane such as PVC, TPO, or EPDM.  Metal roofs can be installed on nearly flat slopes, but it is not recommended here in Texas due to the heavy rainstorms we receive.

Shingle roof manufacturers tout limited lifetime warranties.  Here in Texas, the lifespan of a roof varies depending on the quality of material, ventilation and installation.  3 tab roofs will last 15 to 20 years.  Laminate (lifetime) roofs will last 20 to 30.  If you have spray foam insulation right under your shingles, they may only last 10 years.  The Texas sun is a force to wreckon with.

You should inspect flat (membrane) roofs annually.  You should inspect shingle roofs every 5 years OR when there is a problem, when they look aged, or if you see lots of granules in the gutter.  Anytime there is hail or wind in your area, you should have someone look at your roof.

Long story short – this is a terrible idea.  It impacts the vapor barrier, adds extra weight, and makes any issue with the underlying roof nonrepairable going forward.  You could save 30 cents a square foot only to pay to replace an entire new roof because of an underlying issue.
